Pregnancy and birth are huge accomplishments for your body, and I am passionate about supporting you to stay active throughout so that your experience and recovery are the best they can possibly be. Staying active during pregnancy has so many incredible benefits, including:

Classes on offer
I have worked in the fitness industry for many years and have lots of experience supporting pregnant and new mamas to stay active. I am currently offering 1:1 sessions either in person or on Zoom. In private classes I am able to tailor the class completely to you and your needs, and am more than happy to connect with your physiotherapist, obstetrician, midwife, or other health professionals to discuss your needs and make sure I am able to support you.
Private Classes
Casual private class: $90
5 pack of private classes: $400 ($80 per class)
10 pack of private classes: $700 ($70 per class)
